Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping at ActiveShop! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at info@activeshop.co.nz or 03 999 9999 within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If the item is approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@activeshop.co.nz or 03 999 9999. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item.
